Meaghan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to supporting mental health across the lifespan. She is passionate about supporting teens and adults in overcoming anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, negative core beliefs, and grief. Her advanced training in perinatal mental health equips her in addressing the unique psychological needs of individuals during infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the early stages of parenthood. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Meaghan integrates trauma-sensitive approaches and evidence-based interventions to create a safe environment where clients can process their experiences and reclaim their sense of well-being. She can gently guide you in exploring your life’s narrative and help you to create a story that encourages you to experience inner peace, freedom, and joy.

Locally born and raised, when Meaghan isn’t in the therapy room, she can be found enjoying her free time with her husband while raising their little boy. She is passionate about exploring the outdoors and witnessing the splendor of nature.
