Karlyn Eddy

My name is Karlyn Eddy, and I'm so glad you're here. I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have the privilege of working with couples and individuals of all ages, including children (ages 7+), adolescents, and adults.

As your counselor, my hope is to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and valued. Using a person-centered and strength-based approach, I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate your story — seeking inner peace, freedom, and a sense of wholeness. If traditional talk therapy doesn't feel like the right fit, I also enjoy incorporating creative interventions to meet your unique needs.

Some of the areas I focus on include anxiety, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, and healing relationship wounds.

When I'm not working or studying, you'll often find me recharging through self-care — whether it's spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the beauty of nature, or creating a calming space at home.
