Hi, I’m Mike! My ideal client is simply someone who is willing. I have found that people come to counseling to: gain clarity and resolution of unfinished business they may be holding on to, learn to live more fully and awake in the present, and discover goals and paths moving forward into the future of undiscovered moments!

I am a counselor as well as a singer/songwriter/musician. I have experienced tremendous amounts of anxiety in my life, much around stage-fright and public speaking. Learning to move through anxiety and channel my body’s energy more healthily has been revolutionary in my life, and it is my life’s work to share in the healing.

I approach counseling with a philosophy of balance. I offer a completely non-judgmental space for you to express yourself completely and honestly. I also love solutions, goals, changes, and facing life head on. You are the expert on your life, your story, and where you want to go. I am the mirror, the mapmaker, and the coach telling you it is possible!
